Had a roller shutter fitted recently - communication was solid, someone rang ahead and came when they said. A couple of unexpected hiccups during fitting (frame didn’t align first time), but they stayed professional, adjusted it the next day, and it now works smoothly. Not perfect, but I’d use them again.
