Really appreciated how someone from the gym called me back quickly after I couldn’t book a class online. They stayed professional, sorted it out straight away and even followed up that evening to check it was fixed. Didn’t feel like a big deal, just genuine care. Gym itself is tidy and the instructor was helpful when I asked about form. Nice experience overall.
